Which products can be compared?
- Compared products have to be sold in one of Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian stores. Selling price is compared without considering shipping costs and/or any extra charges that may apply.
- Only the sale price itself is compared, disregarding customer loyalty program benefits or other applicable discounts.
- The comparison is made with all the sales tax included (VAT for example).
In order to make a price comparison, it is a must that information provided is correct, and contact information is provided for further communication.
The comparison is provided* in 1-2 business days in the form of an email.
Conditions when sale price differences are not applied:
- When a comparable product is not identical to the one sold by zuklys.lt, the product name has to match as well as its parameters.
- When a comparable product is not available to purchase, for example, if the product that is being compared is out of stock.
- When a comparable product is not brand new, for example, the product is used, refurbished, repaired or defected.
- When a comparable product price is estimated when using special discounts or customer loyalty benefits.
- There is a limit of 6 units of product that can be purchased when a product has been discounted in this comparison process, as is stated in "Price guarantees" company policy.
