Terms & Conditions

1) The provisions of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to purchase-sale transactions executed at the Zuklys.lt online store.

2) Purchase-sale agreement between the customer and Zuklys.lt is made from the moment the customer chooses the item he wants to purchase and, after completing the shopping cart, executes all order steps specified in the Zuklys.lt online store, the final of which is the choice and confirmation of the payment method.

3) The goods sold in the Zuklys.lt e-shop are marked with a special note “Partner product”, the final sellers of such goods are the partners who issue the sales-purchase documents. Order execution is transferred to the partner (payment, communication with the customer, transportation, delivery of goods from the specified partner's address, and other duties that belong to the seller according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania). The partner is liable for inaccuracies about the product, its price, quantity and other necessary information in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, according to the seller's obligations.

4) Zuklys.lt undertakes to offer the customer a similar or as similar product as possible if Zuklys.lt cannot provide the customer with the ordered goods due to important circumstances. If a customer refuses to accept a product that has been offered as analogous or similar, Zuklys.lt undertakes to refund the money paid to the customer within 14 (fourteen) business days and cancel the customer's order.

 5) After the order has been approved by Zuklys.lt, the price of the item shall not be changed - except for the price change of the goods due to technical errors of the information systems, obvious (defect-like) errors or other objective reasons beyond the direct will of Zuklys.lt. supporting evidence). If the customer does not agree to purchase the item at the modified price, the customer has the right to cancel the order by informing Zuklys.lt in writing or by e-mail info@zuklys.lt within 3 (three) business days from the date of the offer to replace the price. Upon cancellation of the order in accordance with this clause, all sums paid by the customer shall be returned to the customer.

6) The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the data submitted during registration. If incorrect data is provided, the customer's access to the www.zuklys.lt website will be restricted.

7) Zuklys.lt undertakes not to disclose the Customer's confidential information provided to third parties at the time of registration, with the exception of statutory exceptions.

8) In Zuklys.lt online store, the right to purchase the offered goods must:

• individuals aged 18 or over;

• persons under the age of 18 having the consent of their parents or guardians;

• legal entities.

9) It is prohibited:

• copy, use, distribute, retrieve information on the page or its contents without the written consent of the Zuklys.lt website owner;

• Use computer programs that may harm the work of this website or otherwise interfere with the Zuklys.lt system.

 10) Customers must use Lithuanian letters to indicate their data. Names of surnames, surnames and locations must begin with a capital letter. It is necessary to provide the exact address of the place of residence, which is necessary not only for the delivery of goods, but also for the billing.

 11) Zuklys.lt reserves the right to:

• Adjust the information on the page - when new items of these rules appear, they become effective immediately after their publication;

• Restrict access to this site by customers who do not comply with these rules;

• Execute orders for rare, special items only after the customer has paid for the product in advance;

• prosecute those who do not comply with these rules or engage in malicious activity.

12) Customers, when purchasing goods from Zuklys.lt, confirm that they are familiar with the rules and guarantees of return. (Returns and Warranties)

13) Customers undertake to check the item received at the moment of its withdrawal - t. that is, check the condition of the package, its contents, the quantity, size and assortment of the goods. (What to do if you notice a problem while picking up a product)

14) The item may differ from the item shown in the photo. The picture may contain parts not included in the product.

15) Quantity of goods is limited.

16) Zuklys.lt undertakes to deliver the goods to the Customer within the time limits specified in the product descriptions, but not later than within 30 days. These terms do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the required goods and the Customer is informed about the lack of goods ordered by him. The Customer agrees that, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control, the delivery term of the goods may differ from the terms specified in the product descriptions or the delivery term of the goods discussed by the Customer and the Seller. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Zuklys.lt undertakes to contact the Customer immediately and agree on the delivery term and other delivery issues.

17) If the price of the product on the Internet and in the store does not match, the correct price of the store is considered.
